You apply for our job advertisement with the usual documents, such as a cover letter, CV, references and certificates. After reviewing all applications received, we will invite the eligible candidates to an initial interview via Teams or in person on site. This is usually followed by a second round of interviews in which we discuss more details about the position with the applicants. We then select the most suitable candidate for us. The date of employment is agreed and our standard employment contract is discussed and mutually signed. And you're already part of the VISATRONIC team.
